Do you have a showroom?
Yes! We pride ourselves on our showroom so feel free to come on down and see examples of our furniture before you buy!
How long until my order is delivered?
At DHF we are proud of our fast delivery times. For sofas, if we have them in stock we can deliver from the next day. For hard furniture orders we give an estimated delivery time of 2-6 weeks. If you wish you know the exact delivery time for your sofa, please contact us and we will provide this for you.
Do you deliver?
We offer several options for delivery.

Our FREE local delivery service is available to your front door only. Should you wish so book an assembly service* (*FOR SOFAS ONLY) this will include the items being brought in and assembled.
NOTE: It is not our delivery/assembly teams responsibility to make space for your purchase, move other furniture to fit, move the item to several different locations or to clear a space for the furniture to be delivered.
Can I collect my items myself?
Of course! You always have the option to collect your purchases if you have the means to do so. Please contact us if you are planning to do so.
Where is my order?
We provide regular updates about your order throughout the process. However if you would like further updates, feel free to email us on info@decor-home.co.uk or call our customer service team on 01205 212441.
What if my order is late?
At DHF we pride ourselves at sticking to deadlines. However there can be instances out of our control that cause delays which we cannot be held accountable for. On the rare occasion that this does happen, we will notify you immediately.
What happens on the day of delivery?
DHF would have already contacted you to confirm the date and time for your delivery. We will also call 30 mins to an hour before to confirm. Please make sure there is suitable space for our delivery team to park that is close to your property.
What do I need to do before my furniture arrives?
We ask that you make sure there is adequate space and that the route and final destination of your furniture is clear & free of any obstructions. This is for the safety of our delivery team and to keep your furniture safe.
Are your items flat packed?
Most of our hard furniture is flat packed. This is mainly due to being able to easily transport it and to safely get it into your home.
Do you take the sofa packaging with you?
No, we do not take packaging with us. This is for you to dispose of responsibly.
Do you provide an assembly service?
Currently we do not offer an in-house assembly service but we can provide details for local customers.
Can I change my order?
If you should want to amend or add to your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours to discuss your options on 01205 212441 or by email info@decor-home.co.uk
What if I want to cancel my order?
You of course have the right to cancel your order at any time. However once the goods are in production we are bound to accept them. Therefore we would have to apply a cancellation fee to cover our costs. If you do want to cancel you order, please contact us as son as possible to discuss your options.
I have received my furniture but I have changed my mind, what do I do?
If you change your mind before you start assembling your furniture, we are more than happy to arrange a return. Please be aware that the item must be in its original packaging and be in a resalable condition. The onus is on you to return it to DHF at your own cost. We can of course collect it for you be there will be an additional charge.
To return a product, it must be in its delivered form and original packaging, undamaged and not tampered with in any way. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before you start
assembling it. If you’ve assembled or part assembled your furniture, then
unfortunately, this is deemed as acceptance of the products and they can
therefore not be returned.
Are my products covered by warranty?
Yes, our products are covered by a 1 years manufacturers warranty - subject to T&C’s
I have a missing part, what do I do?
It is very rare that there are pieces missing. However should this be the case, then please contact our customer services team at info@decor-home.co.uk with which part
is missing, its part number and anything else that will help in the identification of the missing piece. We carry lots of spares but if we need to order the part, it can take 4-8 weeks for a replacement.
